HHONAR Reviewed:

While this seems to be a very well written and researched ebook, we do not recommend it because of the lack of support provided. The author (William Power) obviously spent a lot of time and effort putting this work together. There are well over 100 pages packed with professional drawings, instructions for building, installing and tuning the system. We caution those with no electrical or mechanical aptitude, however. In order to properly build and install this unit you will need to know something about electromechanical systems and assembly, including some soldering. If you simply want to educate yourself and learn by doing, this ebook is very detailed and explains everything well.

The electrolyzer design Mr. Power uses here is unique, incorporating two different methods to generate HHO in one unit. This, according to the ebook, produces both orthohydrogen and parahydrogen so as to provide both power and effectively raise the octane of the fuel mixture.

In this ebook Mr. Powers references the works of Peter Lindemann, George Wiseman, Stanley Meyer, and Stephen Chambers among others.

NOT recommended.
